I had the absolute best experience with this company. I had to send the shoe back twice bc I didn’t know my euro size fit. The customer service people worked with me and helped me every step of the way. I had a deadline and they got the shoes back within days and oh, did how mention that the shoes I purchased reminded me of a Pacaso piece of art. They were the talk of the event. Thx and I would purchase again

I randomly stumbled onto their website and man I really like their shoes. The price is a little steep but for good quality it's reasonable. Unfortunately I check reviews before making purchases online and there's so many negatives about this place that I don't wanna risk it. I gave five stars because I didn't want to negatively impact their company without purchasing. Im leaving this review to simply inform them that these reviews are sending bad vibes.

Awesome shoes! I just bought a pair of boots with fur from their store last week. I haven’t taken them off since! The leather is soft and supple and you can see it molding to your foot. The fur also soft and has a nice sheen to it. The staff went above and beyond great service and I will be returning for summertime shoes!!

First things First....! The shoes I purchased are Awesome with a distinct Beautiful design. I ordered a 44UK, that was too tight for my wide feet. I called the online sale line spoke with, the Owner and he quickly fix everything. I sent the shoes back and he overnight delivered the right size 45 to me, that fits perfectly. In time enough for my trip to Florida for a Grand function. We will be doing business again. Thank you, Vinci Leather,

I’ve never been offered such A+ customer service. I had stopped into Macys’s and Nordstrom’s before hand and not a SINGLE person said hello or checked to see if we were doing okay. Thank god We left and went into your store. The staff in here really know their stuff! Erdal was the manager who was helping me and my wife complete our outfits for our trip this weekend. And man did he do an AMAZING JOB. He was so patient and was knowledgeable in not only the product in store but online as well. He was very fashionable and I loved my shoes! They are outstanding and look awesome with my outfit! Will definitely be back again and refer more of our friends to him!

I was a bit hesitant to order given the recent reviews about quality and shipping delays, but I'm so glad I did. My experience was completely the opposite! I placed my order and received my beautiful new shoes just three days later, exactly on time. I was even more relieved when I tried them on—the fit is absolutely perfect. While I haven't worn them out yet, my initial impression of the quality and aesthetic is extremely high. They look and feel fantastic. I can't wait to wear these out! Anddd my online discount code worked perfectly!!
